Are you passionate about leading women to grow in their faith and make disciples who impact the world for Christ? We are seeking a dynamic, relational leader to serve as our Director/Minister of Women’s Discipleship. In this role, you will be in the heartbeat of Women’s Ministry, overseeing and developing vibrant, healthy groups that create life changing discipleship communities.
As the Director/Minister, you will:
- Lead and invest in volunteer leadership teams, equipping them to make biblical disciples who make disciples.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives to grow Women’s Ministry through engaging events, studies, and programs that foster spiritual growth and authentic community.
- Be a carrier of a Discipleship Culture, empowering women to love and live like Jesus in every area of their lives.
- Oversee the development and execution of all Women’s Ministry events, ensuring they align with the church’s mission to make disciples and send them to impact the world.
