You will be a key voice in brainstorming and planning, translating the artistic vision into a compelling technical and visual reality. You will provide creative and technical input for sermon series, events, and special projects.

●      System & Facility Management: Develop, document, and implement standardized production workflows and protocols. Manage and maintain all AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) equipment, ensuring a well-organized and fully functional production environment. Oversee the departmental budget and make recommendations for new equipment or system upgrades.
