Kids Minister
They are responsible for developing the overall vision and implementation of all ministries for children from birth thru 5th grade, including equipping parents with discipleship focused resources to inspire Christ led parenting.
The Kids Ministry Minister is accountable to executive leadership and reports directly to the NextGen Pastor. The Minister is responsible for actively living out CyLife’s relational discipleship process by being a disciple maker and active member in a Life group.
The position involves four primary areas of focus –
- approximately sixty percent (60%) in children’s ministry development
- thirty percent (30%) leading and equipping ministry leaders and volunteers
- five percent (5%) administrative
- five percent (5%) general director responsibilities.
